About Us
Most people meet the law only on their worst day — a notice, a dispute, an FIR — and discover it speaks a language they were never taught. Duocounsel was founded by two practising advocates of the District & Sessions Court, Gurugram, to change when and how that first meeting happens.
Advocate Yogesh Solanki and Advocate Barkha Jain practise daily at the District & Sessions Court, Gurugram. Between courtrooms and clients, they kept meeting the same problem — good people losing time, money and peace simply because nobody had ever explained the law to them. Duocounsel is their answer to that.

Yogesh practises at the District & Sessions Court, Gurugram, with a focus on civil, property and family matters. In every Duocounsel session he handles the "what the law says" — the provisions, the procedure, the paperwork — and makes them make sense.
Barkha practises at the District & Sessions Court, Gurugram, across criminal, consumer and documentation matters. In every session she handles the "what it means for you" — turning sections and citations into decisions a layperson can act on.
